Back - All Court News ArticlesU.S. District Court Local Criminal Rule 11.1(b) Revision Effective May 15, 2015 - May 12, 2015

The United States District Court for the District of Colorado has revised  Local Criminal Rule 11.1(b) - Pleas, following publication of the proposed rule change and an opportunity for public comment in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 2071 and Fed. R. Crim. P. 57.  The revision to D.C.COLO.LCrR 11.1(b) facilitates implementation of the “Durango and Grand Junction Protocol."   Accordingly, the District Court's Local Rules as a whole are revised and reflect the amendment to D.C.COLO.LCrR 11.1(b).  The revised rules become effective May 15, 2015.
