A merit selection panel composed of attorneys and other members of the community will review the current service of incumbent Magistrate Judge Craig B. Shaffer, as magistrate judge and other experience, the comments from members of the bar and public, and other evidence of the incumbent's good character, experience, ability, and commitment to equal justice under the law. The Panel shall submit their report to the Court on or before August 22, 2016 unless otherwise directed by the Court, whether the incumbent is recommended for reappointment.
