The eVoucher training class is designed to train users how to edit attorney and billing information, how to propose a first time expert and request authorization for expert services, and how to submit the following requests in eVoucher: CJA 20/30 payment, CJA 21/31 payment, CJA 24 authorization, and the travel authorization. This training session is worth one CLE credit hour.

Please bring the following information to the training class:

  • Attorney's billing information – bar #, tax id, email address, phone number, and office mailing address.

  • List of currently open cases including the case number and defendant's name.

  • List of experts being used with open CJA 21/31 authorizations including their name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.

  • Open requests to be entered into eVoucher – any vouchers you wish to submit to the court at this time.
  • Training sessions will be one hour long and held June 13th through June 30th. Please use the link below to sign up for eVoucher training. There are twelve computers in the training room, extra chairs will be provided for those who want to share a workstation. Training will be held on the first floor in the Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse in room A142, across the hall from the Clerk's office.
