The United States District Court is pleased to announce that it has appointed three new members to the Committee on Conduct to fill upcoming vacancies. These appointments become effective on October 1, 2014. The Committee on Conduct presides over attorney disciplinary matters, as defined in D.C.COLO.LAttyR 6(c). The Committee investigates and acts upon complaints against members of this court’s bar, applications for reinstatement or readmission, and matters involving attorney disability.
