Clerkship information: Thank you for your interest in clerking for Judge Arguello. Judge Arguello has filled all clerkship positions for 2022 and is no longer accepting applications for 2022. Applicants interested in clerking for her in 2023 are advised to wait until late 2021 to submit their applications, which Chambers will not review until early 2022. Judge Arguello does not use OSCAR. Applicants must email their materials as pdfs to arguello_chambers@cod.uscourts.gov. Letters of recommendation must also be emailed to that address. Paper application or letters of recommendation will not be considered.
