LOCAL RULES REVISIONS
EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 1, 2025

This year, the Advisory Committee on the Local Rules of Practice and Procedure continued its review of public suggestions and comments for improvements to local rules. Additionally, the implementation of General Order 2025-2 resulted in additional special amendments being proposed. The United States District Court for the District of Colorado has reviewed and approved revisions to its Local Rules.
