Criminal Debt

On-Line Payments for Criminal Debt

Beginning August 1, 2014, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado will accept payment for criminal debt (i.e. special assessment, fine, criminal restitution) on-line. Payments may be made through the U.S. Treasury website, Pay.gov, using a checking or savings account (ACH) or a plastic card (credit, debit, prepaid cards).

Before making payments on-line, debtors should self-enroll with the Pay.gov payment website. Instructions on how to self-enroll and make payments on-line can be found below.
