U.S.A. v. Rudolph et al, 22-cr-00012-WJM: Sentencing for defendant, Lawrence Rudolph, has been continued to Monday, August 21, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. before Senior Judge William J. Martinez in courtroom A801 of the Alfred A. Arraj Courthouse. Seating in the courtroom will be provided on a first-come-first-served basis. Attendees should line up outside the courtroom prior to the hearing and will be permitted to enter the courtroom shortly before the hearing starts at approximately 9:15. Please have identification handy. Cell phones and laptops may be possessed in the courtroom, however they may not be used in the courtroom. There is no recording, photography, or video permitted anywhere in the courthouse. Media interviews may not be conducted inside the courthouse - please conduct them outside. There will be no overflow or remote viewing provided for this hearing.
