Pursuant to the recently adopted Pilot Program implementing a Civil Pro Bono Panel, all attorneys practicing in the District of Colorado, except for those admitted in 2013, are required to pay a one-time mandatory $50 renewal fee. Bar members employed by the United States may claim an exemption from the fee. The fee is now past due and must be remitted immediately.   To pay the fee and/or claim an exemption, all attorneys must register and create an account via the District’s new Attorney Services Portal. An attorney may confirm that the renewal fee was paid or recorded as exempt by searching on the "Attorney Status" page.
