You must first complete and return your qualification questionnaire within 10 days of receipt. To request a paper questionnaire, call 800-359-8699 and one will be mailed to you.
For all court locations:
Follow the directions on your summons to call the jury recording for reporting instructions. You will need your 9 digit participant number, located above your name and address on the summons (i.e. 100122334).
1. Call 800-359-8699
2. Press 1
3. Enter your 9 digit participant number
4. Press 1 to verify the first three letters of your last name, then listen to the entire message
