Call Before you Report

Instructions for calling the jury recording are located on your jury summons. You must call as directed to determine whether you are required to report, and if so, at what time.

If the jury recording states that you are not required to report but you report anyway, the court cannot compensate you.

Reporting instructions are normally updated each Friday no later than 3:30 p.m. for Denver, and 4:30 p.m. for Colorado Springs, Durango and Grand Junction. Your summons will specify the date(s) and time(s). The busiest call time is 3:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. If you get a busy signal, try calling again later. The recording remains available during the evening hours and over the weekend.

The jury recording number is 800-359-8699. You will need your 9-digit participant number, located on your summons above your address, when you call. If you do not have your participant number, you must call or email the jury office to obtain it as soon as possible.
